Fictional demonstration by BrandDigital.com
example
studio
Useful ideas. Clearly expressed.
This is a sample handover for a fictional creative practice. It is not a commissioned client identity, an exclusive brand or evidence of commercial results.
01 / The message
Example Studio offers identity and website design for independent service businesses. The handover makes the agreed files and usage instructions clear. This is sample wording, not a description of services you automatically receive.
Voice: clear, considered and approachable. Name the service before adding personality. Explain the next action. Avoid guarantees and claims without evidence.
02 / Logo use
Use the ink version on light backgrounds and the white version on an ink or teal background. Keep at least the height of the lowercase e clear around the mark. Start with a minimum displayed width of 150 pixels and check legibility in the actual application. Do not stretch, tilt or place it on a busy photograph. The SVGs contain editable system-font text; they are examples rather than exclusive custom lettering.

03 / Colour
Ink#172B36
Teal#1B6B64
Sand#F1E4CB
Coral#D85C42
Use ink text on white or sand for body copy. White text on ink or teal can suit a strong panel. Coral is an accent for shapes and highlights; do not assume coral text on white is readable. Check actual text sizes and colour combinations against W3C text contrast guidance before publishing. These colour values are for screen use; print specifications require production review.
04 / Typography and images
The sample uses Arial with a sans-serif fallback. No font files are supplied. A commissioned brand may use other fonts, with licences and ownership recorded separately. Use short headings, comfortable body text and generous spacing. Prefer purposeful images showing the service or its outputs. Label fictional illustrations and never present them as client evidence.
05 / Try the editable templates
The social template is 1200 by 1200 units and the document cover is 840 by 1188 units. Open an SVG in an editor that supports text and shapes, or edit its text in a plain text editor. Replace the example heading, check longer text does not collide, then export a copy for the intended use. Keep original editable files.
06 / What a real handover must agree
Confirm the commissioned deliverables, editable sources, ownership, asset permissions, review rounds and support period in the proposal. This public sample may be used to inspect and practise the workflow. It is not trademark clearance or an exclusive identity. Choose and clear your own business name before any commercial use.
Additional templates, future campaigns and design changes need their own scope. Record outstanding items before sign off. Maintain one approved master folder and keep superseded drafts separately.
