01Who is responsible for your information?
BrandDigital.com (“BrandDigital”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and is responsible for personal information collected through it. You can contact us through the secure project enquiry form on the Contact page.
02Information we collect
- Information you submit through the project enquiry form, including your name, email address, organization, service interests, scope, timeline and message.
- Correspondence and project information you choose to provide after contacting us.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information and security events.
- WordPress account and session information for authorized administrators.
03Why we process it
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess a potential project, prepare requested proposals and maintain relevant correspondence. We process necessary technical information to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website. Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website.
04Cloudflare Turnstile
The Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile processes security data needed for that purpose and does not receive the contents of the form fields from BrandDigital. Its operation is subject to Cloudflare’s applicable privacy terms.
05Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, email delivery, security and technical-support providers may process limited information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services. If information is processed outside your country, we use available contractual or legal safeguards where required.
06How long information is kept
Unsuccessful or preliminary enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months after the last meaningful communication. Client and transaction records may be retained longer where needed to perform an agreement, protect legal rights or meet accounting and legal obligations. Security logs are retained according to operational need and provider settings, then deleted or anonymized.
07Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location. Use the Contact page to submit a privacy request; we may need to verify your identity.
08Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, form validation, spam protection and service-provider safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit confidential credentials or highly sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest published version.
A practical noteThese pages describe the current website setup. They should be reviewed whenever business details, providers, tracking technologies or legal requirements change.
