Create the positioning, messaging and design principles that guide every channel.

  3. 03

Launch a connected experience, measure what matters and continually improve it.

Scope, handover and support

Know what you receive.
Know what happens next.

These are planning expectations, not a fixed package. Your proposal confirms the deliverables, responsibilities, review rounds and support boundaries before work begins.

What you receive

The agreed identity package lists final logo variants, colour values, type rules and supplied file formats. Usage guidance explains how the identity works on light and dark backgrounds and which text colour combinations suit digital layouts. Messaging and templates are listed individually; a logo file alone is not a complete rollout.

What we need from you

A clear offer, audience context, existing assets and a decision maker for approvals. The proposal defines research, concept routes, revision rounds and rollout priorities. Font, image and other third party licence costs are identified where applicable.

Rollout and ownership

Website implementation, packaging, ongoing campaign production and trademark or legal clearance are not automatically included in an identity project. Usage rights, editable files and any rollout support are confirmed in the proposal and handover.

The reasoning behind the work

Reference guidance for this service.

Digital colour guidance needs to account for text readability as well as brand preference. The contrast guidance distinguishes ordinary text, large text and logos; a logo exception does not exempt the rest of an interface.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before we define the scope.

What is included in a digital branding project?

The scope is shaped around your needs, but commonly includes research, positioning, messaging, visual direction, digital guidelines and activation across priority customer touchpoints.

Can you work with our existing brand identity?

Yes. We can evolve an established identity, resolve inconsistencies and translate it into a stronger digital system without discarding valuable existing recognition.

How is digital branding different from logo design?

A logo is one asset. Digital branding connects identity, messaging, content, experience and technology so the whole brand behaves consistently wherever customers encounter it.

How do we begin?

We start with a conversation about your business, audience, current brand and priorities. Then we recommend what the project should cover and how to approach it.

Same thinking. Bigger opportunities.

Plan your brand, website or next digital improvement.

Strategy. Creativity. Technology. Growth. One coherent system.
